Learn and apply techniques from a wide variety of martial arts disciplines including but not limited to kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, and Kuntao. With a strong emphasis on technique and form, this class seamlessly combines practical techniques that provide an excellent workout as well as the ability to defend yourself in real world situations. Classes are challenging but rewarding for beginners through seasoned veterans.
